  • Don’t worry, we will provide you with tips and tricks prior to you booking!

  • Saunas are typically enjoyed in rounds. The average consists of 3 rounds of 10-15 min intervals. The first cycle will feel most intense as your body gets used to the sauna. Cool down and/or rest in between!

  • For the first sauna round, you’ll want to sit in dry heat for 10 - 15 minutes. Remember to listen you body and only stay in as long as you are comfortable. Follow the sauna session with either rest outside for 5-15 mins or a cold plunge. REPEAT x 3!

  • The barrel sauna can fit up to 4 people at one time.

  • We can deliver ou barrel sauna and run the fire all while your party enjoys the heat! Since sauna sessions are about 10-15 mins inside and then followed by stepping out for a break, this is a perfect time to rotate in and out with your other guests!

  • Main things to bring are a water bottle and attire you don’t mind getting sweaty (bathing suit, robe, etc)! Towels will be provided. Other add-ons are available upon booking.

  • Serving the greater Rochester area! Will deliver within 30 miles of our home base (Farmington, NY). Inquire with us with your location!
